Pricing
The rate provided before your trip is an initial estimate based on your reserved ride. Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, or additional services requested during the ride. Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice before booking, particularly during holidays and special events. However, once your reservation is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent, the rate will remain unchanged.
Transfer Duration & Additional Fees (Based on Selected Vehicle):
- Key West: 8 Hours
- Marathon: 6 Hours
- Islamorada: 4 Hours
- Key Largo: 3 Hours
- Airport Pickups: Applies to one flight only. Additional charges apply for multiple flight arrivals, subject to Dispatch approval.
- Non-Miami Pickups or Drop-offs: May incur a Distance Fee or Garage Fee.
- Private FBO Pickup: A 2-hour charge applies based on the selected vehicle.
- Fisher Island Transfers: Additional $40 charge applies.
- Concerts & Sporting Events Transfers: Minimum 3-hour charge (subject to availability).
- Hourly Service: No credit or refund is issued for unused time when booking a vehicle for a set number of hours.
Airport / Seaport / Residence Pick-Up
Xdriven
Chauffeurs closely monitors all commercial airline arrivals to ensure timely service. The following time allowances apply before wait time charges begin:
- Domestic Flights: 30 minutes from the time of landing
- International Flights: 60 minutes from the time of landing
- Seaport Pick-Ups: 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time
- Residence Pick-Ups: 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time
After the allotted time, additional wait time is charged in 15-minute increments based on the selected vehicle’s hourly rate. If the wait time exceeds 1 hour, the ride converts to an hourly charter, starting from the originally scheduled time.
If you are unable to locate your driver, please call Xdriven Chauffeurs at +1-305-898-4315 immediately to avoid being charged as a No-Show.
Stop Requests & Additional Charges:
- Stops under 20 minutes:
- Luxury Sedan/SUV – $40
- Mercedes S-Class & Mercedes Sprinter – $60
- Stops over 20 minutes: Charged as an additional hourly rate based on the selected vehicle class.
Payment Information
Your payment card will be authorized at least 24 hours before your scheduled ride. Please ensure your card has sufficient available funds to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation & Changes
To avoid being charged the full reservation amount, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance via email at info@dummyemail.com
- Reservation Changes: Allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled ride, subject to availability.
- Holidays & Special Events: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Formula 1 Events: Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice.
Car Seats
Xdriven Chauffeurs offers complimentary car seats for young travelers, available exclusively in SUV vehicles.
Car Seat Disclaimer:
Xdriven Chauffeurs assumes no responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred while using the car seat. The installation of the car seat is the sole responsibility of the passenger. Chauffeurs are not authorized or certified to install the device. For proper installation, please refer to the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
Liability
Xdriven Chauffeurs is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during a chartered ride; in such cases, we will only compensate by making up the lost time on a mutually agreed-upon date. The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or any member of their party. A shampoo fee of $250 will be applied if necessary.
Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law, and any fines incurred will be the customer’s responsibility. The driver reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if blatant indiscretion is observed. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles, and we are not responsible for any personal items left behind. Additionally, vehicles must not be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
